Administrative Assistant/IT Specialist
Having always been passionate about IT, he has been involved with systemic aspects in the Windows environment and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems for call centre management since 1998. Between 1998 and 2002, he was responsible for the design, implementation and management of the IT structure of several magazines and newspapers in Turin and Milan (“Torino Cronaca” and “Libero”). In the following years he carried out systemic activities in companies operating in the VAS (Value-added Service) sector, IT management of call centres, IT assistance and office automation at the Municipality of Sanremo. He has been a member of the EU CORE team since 2023.
