Paola Lops

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (University of Foggia, 2015) and Master Degree in Environmental, Cultural and Local Economics (University of Turin, 2018) with a thesis on examples of local food systems in little cities in Europe. Interested in international affairs, Paola volunteered for the 2018 edition of “Terra Madre Salone del Gusto”, an international event organized by Slow Food. Prior to joining EU CORE, she worked as Business Analyst for Bip S.p.a., a company that deals with management consulting. Paola joined EU CORE Consulting team in 2019.
